Each year we conduct a satisfaction survey among our participants. The following illustrates the 2009 Satisfaction Survey Results from the Live Well for Life Tier II and Tier III clients.

Proactive Detection and Intervention:

As part of our 2009 Participant Satisfaction Survey, we also measured how many participants were made aware of a health concern they did not know about prior to enrollment in our program. Based on self reported data:

  • 37% of respondents replied that the Personal Health Assessment Report made them aware of a health issue they did not know about.

  • 27% of respondents provided their physician with a copy of the Provider Report

  • 52% of those that stated they provided their physician with a copy of the Provider Report received additional follow-up from their physician.

Thus, our best practice program provides your employees with tools to not only increase awareness of their own personal health risks, assist them in early detection and be proactive in using the health care system appropriately.

Overall program satisfaction:

  • 96% of respondents indicated the knowledge and expertise of their wellness coach to be good to excellent.

  • 95% of respondents indicated the advice they received from their wellness coach was good to excellent.

  • 95% of respondents rated the educational content in the action plans to be good to excellent.

  • 94% of respondents rated the importance (value) of the program as a good to excellent benefit.

  • 93% of respondents rated the overall experience with the Live Well for Life wellness program as good to excellent.

  • 92% rated the overall ease in using the Live Well for Life online programs good to excellent.

  • 90% of respondents made healthy lifestyle changes as a result of participating in the wellness coaching program.

  • 82% of respondents made healthy lifestyle changes as a result of participating in the online self-directed action plans.

  • 68% of respondents obtained their wellness goals as a result of participating in the coaching program.

  • 66% of respondents obtained their health and wellness goals as a result of participating in the online self-directed action plan.
